John Waugaman is the founder and driving force behind Lock Jaw Disc Golf. Based in Tucson, Arizona, John built Lock Jaw from the ground up — combining his passion for disc golf with spin dye artistry, tournament organizing, and community building. He competes in the MP50 (Masters Professional 50+) division on the PDGA circuit and serves as a Certified Rules Official.
Beyond the course, John is the creator of the Putting Improver app (a practice tracking platform), Tournament Director Tools (event management), and is actively building the Lock Jaw ecosystem to support and grow the disc golf community in Southern Arizona and beyond.
